1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return withinĀ 15 daysĀ of receiving your order if:
The item isĀ unused,Ā unwashed, and in itsĀ original condition and packaging.
Tags are still attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available.
Note: Final sale items, underwear, or personalized products areĀ non-returnableĀ unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@morowee.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our team to provide return instructions.
Send the item(s) back using aĀ trackable shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, aĀ refund will be issued to your original payment methodĀ withinĀ 5ā10 business days.
Shipping charges areĀ non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us atĀ support@morowee.comĀ withinĀ 7 daysĀ of delivery.
Include photos of the issue and your order number.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenāt received your refund yet:
Check your bank account or credit card again.
Contact your payment provider ā it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
If youāve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@morowee.com.
7. Order Cancellation
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
